Best Western Dam Square Inn Amsterdam

I arrived on a Sunday and had to walk a short distance with my luggage over cobblestones because cars were not allowed on the street in front of the hotel. on weekdays, the pick-up was convenient at the door. The room I stayed in was plain and simple, but the bathroom seemed newly refurbished. The hotel is located on a narrow street with restaurants close by and is just a short walk to the squares and the central train station. The location was great for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was a continental style with plenty of options and good quality.

We loved the hotel's central location, just a stone's throw away from all the shopping and attractions in this city. It was convenient to be near most of the tourist places we wanted to visit. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, a great start to our mornings. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in quick and easy.

Hotel was fairly clean and pleasant with efficient staff and unbeatable location in the Main Street. I loved that the room was huge and cosy. They served freshly made slices of fresh bread and eggs. The service was nice too. I had a good stay in a long time.

We were able to walk to most of the attractions we had planned to see, saving us both time and money. The staff at this hotel were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having a safe in the room to store our valuables. Plus, having breakfast included in the price was a great bonus, ensuring we started our days off right.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower could have been cleaner.

The bread tasted commercial and lacked freshness, unlike the other hotels we stayed at in Holland.
